Torres leads women鈥檚 golf team to win over rival Whitworth
RICHLAND, Wash. – Finishing birdie birdie, Samantha Torres carded her first collegiate sub-par round Saturday at Columbia Point golf course in Richland to lead the Blues to a dual match victory over rival Whitworth University. Torres was joined by teammates Beatrice Archer, Camila Yoo and Lauren Ushijima with rounds in the 70’s as they now prepare for the season ending NWC Championship next weekend at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club.
