Thunder track and field teams participate in the Chicagoland Outdoor Track & Field Championships
Elmhurst, Ill. 鈥� Wheaton was one of 28 institutions to compete in this weekend’s Chicagoland Outdoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by Elmhurst University. Wheaton had two first-place efforts this weekend, both coming in the high jump events as All-Americans Grace Crowder and Ty Bova each won their respective high jump events. MEN’S HIGHLIGHTS Bova finished first in the men’s high jump, besting a field of 17 competitors. Bova recorded a height of 2.03-meters (6′ 7-3/4).
