Sweeney, Forster set new program records at Tennessee Invite
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Bellarmine University track and field established a pair of new program records as the Knights competed Friday and Saturday in the University of Tennessee's Tennessee Invite. Taevion Sweeney set new men's overall and freshman program records in the 400m hurdles after placing eighth while posting a 53.67, which bested Zander Hooten's overall mark of 53.85 from the 2024 Clark Wood Invitational and Sweeney's own 53.95 freshman mark from the Ole Miss Classic.
