Softball Swept on Senior Day, Losing Narrowly to Wittenberg in Two Close Games
UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS 鈥� The weather and vibes were outstanding on Senior Day for John Carroll Softball. The results did not match the sunny weather, but the Blue Streaks should be plenty proud of going toe-to-toe with Wittenberg University in Sunday’s North Coast Athletic Conference doubleheader at Bracken Field. The Blue Streaks dropped both games by scores of 4-2, but John Carroll played impressive softball against the Tigers, currently perched atop the NCAC standings (tied with DePauw).
