Softball Sweeps Series Over Cal State Bakersfield
HONOLULU鈥擳he University of Hawai’i softball team (20-17, 12-6 Big West) completed a series sweep over Cal State Bakersfield (8-33, 6-12 BW) with an 8-0 walk-off win in five innings on Saturday at the Rainbow Wahine Softball Stadium. Starting pitcher Taryn Irimata earned her second-straight complete game and mercy rule shutout, while the ‘Bows offense continued its power surge, recording its fourth-straight game with double-digit hits.
