SCSU Softball Sweeps Saint Michael鈥檚, 9-4 and 9-6
NEW HAVEN, Conn. 鈥� Southern Connecticut State University softball swept Saint Michael’s, 9-4 and 9-6, in a Northeast-10 Conference doubleheader at Pelz Field in New Haven, Conn. With the wins, Southern takes the season series against the Purple Knights with three wins in four games and improved to 15-15 overall and 8-12 in the NE10. Nadia Cestari and Gianna Iaquinto both had four-hit days. Cestari was 4-for-7 with two RBI and three runs scored and Iaquinto was 4-for-8 with a RBI and three runs scored.
