Saints shut out by the Bearcats
GREENWOOD, S.C.鈥� Mattye Geddings (12-2) tossed a complete four-hit shutout to lead Lander University to a 3-0 win over Flagler College in a Peach Belt Conference softball game Sunday afternoon at Doug Spears Field. Flagler fell to 10-27 overall and 6-12 in the Peach Belt. Lander is now 26-13 overall and 12-6 in conference play. The Saints will face Barry University in a doubleheader Tuesday starting at 3 p.m. at Flagler Field. The Saints and the Bearcats were scoreless until the fourth inning.
