Robbins Hits 200 and AU Softball Marches Past Lake Erie in Sunday Doubleheader
On Sunday, April 12, the Ashland University softball team continued their strong campaign with a dominant road victory against Lake Erie in Painesville, Ohio. They won game one 11-3 and game two 6-0. The highlight of the week, though, was Danielle Robbins recording her 200th career hit. Robbins, who ranks in the top ten nationally in batting average, added five hits, four sacrifice bunts, one sacrifice fly and six stolen bases.
