Regals Fall on the Road at Redlands
REDLANDS, Calif. – Cal Lutheran women’s lacrosse battled in the draw circle, but could not overcome both the offensive and defensive pressure from Redlands, falling 22-4 on Saturday afternoon at Farquhar Field. The Regals (3-9, 0-7 SCIAC) stayed competitive in possession, finishing just behind the Bulldogs in draw controls (15-13), but struggled to convert opportunities as turnovers proved costly throughout the contest. Redlands capitalized on those extra chances, building an 8-1 lead after the opening quarter and maintaining control the rest of the way.
