Prairie Fire Drop Contest to Monmouth
Knox College topped Monmouth in 14 innings on Saturday but fell on Sunday afternoon, dropping a 15-6 contest to the Fighting Scots in the second game of a three-game set. The two teams meet on Monday to determine the series winner. On Sunday, Monmouth wasted little time jumping ahead, scoring six runs in the second inning.
