(WNDU) - The Notre Dame men鈥檚 lacrosse team defeated top-ranked North Carolina 10-5 on Saturday, becoming the first team in NCAA history to knock off the No. 1 team in back-to-back games. The Irish previously secured a win over then-No. 1 Richmond on April 4. Notre Dame trailed after the opening 15 minutes, but the offense came to life early in the second quarter, scoring twice in the first two minutes to shift momentum.
