Men鈥檚 Tennis Closes Out Regular Season With Win Over UNC Wilmington
CHARLOTTE, N.C. 鈥� Tulsa men’s tennis (15-12) claimed a 4-1 win over UNC Wilmington (10-11) to close out the regular season on Sunday. The Golden Hurricane quickly claimed the doubles point by way of wins in the first and second slots. Takeshi Taco and Calum Jestin took their first match paired together 6-2 to put Tulsa in a strong position. Nikita Volonski and Timothy Carlsson Seger played in the first doubles spot for only the third time this season, staying undefeated in the position with a 6-3 win to clinch the point for TU.
