Marlins Take Down Sweet Briar, 5-2, with Strong Singles Showing On Senior Day
The Virginia Wesleyan women’s tennis team delivered a strong performance on its home courts, defeating Sweet Briar by a 5-2 final. Before the start of the game the Virginia Wesleyan University women’s tennis program honored Hayley Haydon for Senior Day. The Marlins set the tone early by claiming two of the three doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead.
