Lynchburg Sneaks Past Women鈥檚 Lacrosse with Late Goal
LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Shenandoah University women’s lacrosse team was beaten by the University of Lynchburg, 14-13, on Sunday afternoon in a road ODAC game. LYN (10-4, 4-2 ODAC) overcame a five-goal deficit and scored the game-winning goal with 24 seconds left in the game to defeat SU (9-6, 4-2). RECAP Lynchburg opened the game strongly and took a 3-0 lead just over three minutes into the game.
