Hermansen throws complete game shutout, Boxers win series at Whitworth
SPOKANE, Wash. 鈥� Alissa Hermansen tossed her first complete game shutout at Pacific. The junior allowed just four hits over seven innings to lead the Boxers to a 3-0 win at Whitworth on Sunday. With the Game 2 victory, the Boxers took the series after edging Whitworth 9-7 in Game 1 earlier on Sunday. Pacific finished 3-1 at Whitworth and improved to 8-12 in the Northwest Conference and 13-17 overall.
