Coastal Carolina Falls in Series Finale at Arkansas State
JONESBORO, Ark. – No. 10/11 Coastal Carolina jumped out to an early lead but was unable to hold off Arkansas State, falling 6-3 in the series finale on Sunday afternoon. The Chanticleers took a 3-1 advantage early in the contest, however, the Red Wolves responded with five unanswered runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to take control and avoid the series sweep.
