Bobcats Celebrate Seniors Saul and LaFountain, Host No. 16 Amherst
LEWISTON, Maine — Visiting No. 16 Amherst swept doubles play and claimed five singles matches Sunday afternoon, defeating Bates 6-1 in NESCAC women’s tennis action at the Wallach Tennis Center. Before the match, the Bobcats honored seniors Isabella Saul and Grace LaFountain in a Senior Day ceremony. Amherst (8-4, 4-2 NESCAC) took early control by earning the doubles point with wins at all three positions.
