Baseball Sweeps Series Against Murray State with 10-5 Win on Sunday
CHICAGO 鈥� The UIC baseball team (12-20-1, 7-5 MVC) completed the series sweep Sunday on the reigning Missouri Valley Conference Champions Murray State, securing a 10-5 victory on a sunny, breezy afternoon day at Curtis Granderson Stadium. The Racers were quick to get ahead with four runs after the first three and a half inning of play, before junior Thomas Curry secured a one-out walk in the bottom of the fourth.
