Baseball drops series finale to USC Beaufort
ST. PETERSBURG -- The Eckerd Tritons baseball team dropped the series finale to the USC Beaufort Sand Sharks on Sunday by a score of 3-2. A pair of scoreless frames kicked off the game before the Tritons struck first with both of their runs in the third. Ean Gimson began the inning with a base hit and a stolen base, and was followed by Joey Bazydlo's RBI double two batters later.
