#16 Amherst prevails against Bates away, 6-1
LEWISTON, ME . 鈥� The #16 Amherst College women’s tennis team bounced back in dominant fashion on Sunday, besting Bates College 6鈥�1 at the Wallach Tennis Center to improve to 8鈥�4 overall. Less than 24 hours after a tough 3鈥�4 loss at #7 MIT, the Mammoths came out sharp and controlled, winning all three doubles courts, with only one game lost, and taking five of six singles to close out the weekend on a high note.
