ROME- The Shorter Women's Lacrosse team fell to Mount Olive in their home finale Saturday afternoon, suffering a 24-7 defeat. The loss drops the Hawks to 3-11 and 3-5 in conference. The Hawks battled with the Trojans early on, taking a 2-1 lead with goals from Kayla Roscoe and Cassidy Jones . The Trojans fired back with a goal before Jones answered with one to regain the lead.
