Women鈥檚 Lacrosse Falls On The Road At Delaware
NEWARK, Del. 鈥� A six-goal third quarter proved the difference as the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers fell 14-10 to the Delaware Blue Hens on Saturday at Delaware Stadium. Coastal Carolina (9-6, 2-4) trailed 6-2 at halftime before Delaware (10-4, 6-0) broke the game open with six unanswered goals in the third to extend the lead to 12-2. The Chanticleers mounted a late push with an eight-goal fourth quarter, but the deficit proved too large to erase.
