Women鈥檚 Golf Wins Spring Invitational
The Hope College women’s golf team shot a final-round 336 at Clearbrook Golf Course in Saugatuck on Saturday to secure a six-stroke victory at its Spring Invitational. The Flying Dutch finished the 36-hole, two-day event at 98-over (338-336). Friday’s opening round was held at The Ravines in Saugatuck. Hope placed six strokes ahead of runner-up Adrian College (342-338). Lake Forest College (347-339) took third and was followed by Hope’s B team (360-345), Calvin University (358-351), and Alma College (358-368). Junior Jaiden Winters of New Carlisle, Ind.
