Track & Field Teams Finish Weekend Meets at Tennessee Invite and We Fly Challenge
KNOXVILLE, TENN. – Chicago State track and field wrapped up competition at the Tennessee Invite with several standout performances across the track and field events on day two. Makiyah Brewton delivered one of the top performances of the meet, placing second overall in the women’s long jump with a mark of 6.00 meters. Phebe Thompson added an eighth-place finish at 5.66 meters, while Lena Cleveland placed 11th with a jump of 5.60 meters. On the track, the Cougars saw strong showings in the relays.
