Staude Leads Colonels in Tennessee
CLEVELAND, Tenn. – Griffin Staude of Eastern Kentucky University led the Colonels at the Lee Fast Break Invitational, taking first in the men's 10,000 meters with a personal best time of 29:40.56. In the field events, Senda Garma took second in the women's hammer with a mark of 53.18m. Also in the men's 10K were Tomas and German Vega who finished fourth and fifth in 30:00.91 and 30:13.52 respectively. Also running was James Ndayishimiye who finished 31 st in 31:59.51.
