St. John’s Shines at South Florida Invitational
TAMPA, Fla. – The St. John’s track and field team continued to keep strong form during the outdoor season at the South Florida Invitational on Saturday afternoon, at the USF Track and Field Complex. The Johnnies secured three individual event victories, as well as 10 finishes inside the top-10. The 4×400-meter relay also captured a first-place finish with a season-best time of 3-minutes, 36.22 seconds. A pair of senior standouts won their respective events, as Jamora Alves and Chinenye Josephine Onourah won the discus and 400-meter dash.
