Softball Falls at Caldwell
Goldey-Beacom softball faced Caldwell on the road in Caldwell, NJ and faced a 10-5 loss before falling 3-2 in the second game of the doubleheader. Game one saw the Lightning score in the first inning on an RBI single from freshman Kelci Gingras (Orem, UT) and again in the third inning off another RBI from Gingras. Caldwell scored two runs in the bottom of the third on a two-RBI single from Lindsay Oller before Gingras had another RBI in the fifth inning to make the score 3-2.
