Softball Drops Home Doubleheader to St. Norbert
MILWAUKEE, Wis . 鈥� The Alverno College softball team continued Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) play on Saturday afternoon, hosting St. Norbert College at Alverno Softball Field. The Inferno fell in both ends of the doubleheader, dropping game one 15-5 and game two 18-7. Alverno showed offensive flashes across the two games, combining for 12 runs and 16 hits on the day, including multiple home runs and a late-game rally in the second contest. Junior Jaycee Reyes (Tucson, Ariz./Ironwood Ridge) had three hits over the doubleheader to lead the offensive effort for the Inferno, including a double in game two.…
