SPOKANE, Wash. / BUTTE, Mont.– Bulldog track and field athlete Justene Santi set a modern-era program record in the women’s 3000m steeplechases Friday at the Jeff Rahn Classic in Spokane, Wash., as the rest of the Western team competed at the second installment of the Montana Tech Spring Series. Santi posted a 12:26.37 personal best in the steeplechase for a fourth-place showing. Brody Henry, also competing in Spokane, clocked a 1:57.82 season-best in the men’s 800m, finishing 12th.
