Salem Plagued by Slow Offensive Day at Fairmont State
FAIRMONT, W.Va. 鈥� Salem University softball dropped both ends of a doubleheader against Fairmont State on Friday afternoon at Duvall-Rosier Field, falling 21-3 in game one and 5-1 in game two. Game One: Fairmont State 21, Salem 3 Salem showed early offensive flashes but could not keep pace with a high-powered Fairmont State lineup in the opener.
