Saints Wrap Up Two-Game Series Against Purdue Northwest With 6-0 Loss
JOLIET, Ill. -- NCAA Division II Purdue University Northwest handed the University of St. Francis baseball team its fourth shutout of the season on Saturday afternoon, defeating the Fighting Saints 6-0 in a non-conference matchup at Slammers Stadium. Purdue Northwest (13-16) connected for two doubles in the sixth inning as part of its six-run, six-hit frame with five of the runs occurring after two outs.
