Rowing Dominates A-10 Foes at GW Invite
WASHINGTON – GW rowing put on a show in its 50th anniversary celebration, winning seven of nine heats and sweeping its A-10 competitors off the water on its home course at the GW Invite. Facing Duquesne in the morning heat and Fordham in the afternoon, the Revolutionaries showcased their dominance by winning every race against their conference foes. The Varsity 8 won by open water in both heats while the 2V8 accrued a pair of 10-second triumphs.
