Relays rule at home invitational
NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.–Wins by the 4×100-meter and 4×400-meter relays highlighted Saturday’s performances for the Westminster men’s outdoor track and field program at its annual home invitational. The Westminster Invitational was held on Friday and Saturday. Slippery Rock hosted the hammer throw Friday while all events Saturday were in New Wilmington. Westminster’s 4×100 ‘A” relay registered a first-place finish with a winning time of 42.88 seconds. The relay included freshmen Aaron Stebick (Butler, Pa., Butler), Zach Kovell (Aliquippa, Pa., Hopewell), Aaron Dickhart (Aliquippa, Pa., Hopewell) and Robert Maderitz (Youngstown, Ohio, Austintown Fitch).
