Quincy, Ill .- The Southwest Baptist University Bearcats dropped an 8–4 decision to the Quincy Hawks on Friday. SBU struck first on an RBI fielder's choice from Cooper Burgess in the opening inning, but Quincy answered with two runs in the first and continued to build its lead, going up 6–1 by the fifth.
