Orange Open Weekend at Providence and Duke
Syracuse track and field got their weekend started at the Duke Invitational, and raced at Providence's Friar Invitational on Friday night. At Duke, Jamir Brown won the prelims of the 110-meter hurdles in 13.56 seconds, easily advancing to Saturday's final, where he'll be joined by Isaiah Hayes (14.13 seconds), who took second in his heat. Peyton Rollins set a new personal best in the 100-meter hurdles, crossing the line in 13.52 seconds to advance to Saturday as well. Emeline Clark took 13th in 13.87 seconds.
