Offense Carries Softball to Doubleheader Sweep at Emerson
BOSTON鈥� Juniors Charlotte Raymond (Wrentham, Mass.) and Lexi Sealey (Pleasant Hill. Calif.) combined for 11 hits and five runs batted in over two games to help visiting Babson College sweep Emerson College in a New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) softball doubleheader on Saturday afternoon at Rotch Field. The Beavers rallied from an early four-run deficit to outlast the Lions 11-10 in nine innings in the opener before completing the sweep with a 9-5 victory in game two.
