No. 5 Babson takes down Thoroughbreds, 7-0
WELLESLEY, MA 鈥� The Skidmore College women’s tennis team fell 7-0 to No. 5 Babson on the road Saturday afternoon. The Thoroughbreds dropped to 4-10, while the Beavers improved to 11-3. DOUBLES MATCHES The Thoroughbreds won at second doubles, when the pairing of Ellie Lake/Ruth Wilson took down Babson’s Alessandra Cristiani/Dana Kamal in a competitive 6-4 match. However, Skidmore would fall 6-1 at first doubles and forfeited third doubles due to lack of available players.
