Moundbuilders Bounce Back in Final Game at York
York, Neb. — Southwestern College salvaged the finale of a three-game series against York University after dropping both ends of a doubleheader Friday. York opened the series with a 10-0 win in the first game of Friday’s doubleheader, using an eight-run sixth inning to pull away. Southwestern was held to five hits and did not score, while York racked up 11 hits, including a grand slam from Nathan Eisenmenger during a decisive 8-run sixth inning.
