Miller sets school record Friday; Haddon highlights Saturday鈥檚 performance
It was a busy weekend for the Knox College track and field team, with Prairie Fire student-athletes competing at two locations. On Friday night, the evening belonged to Knox senior Lance Miller. Running the 5000 meters at the Wisconsin-Platteville Invitational, Miller set a new program record in the event, covering the track in 14 minutes, 38.47 seconds. Miller’s time was nearly 8 seconds faster than the previous school record, which he also set last spring.
