Men鈥檚 Track & Field: Edwards Posts Historic Time at UW-Platteville
PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – The Macalester College men’s track & field sent six runners to the UW-Platteville Invitational to compete in the 5000 meters on Friday. The event, one of the top 5000-meter races in Division III, included 11 heats and 343 finishers. Senior Tyler Edwards (Beaverton, Ore./Oregon Episcopal) responded well to competing against some of the top distance runners in Division III, running a personal-best time of 14:42.42 to take 60th overall and 10th in his heat.
