MAMMOTH WOMEN FALL TO #7 MIT ENGINEERS AWAY, 4-3
CAMBRIDGE, MA. — The #16 Amherst College women’s tennis team fell to #7 MIT 3–4 on Saturday afternoon, dropping to 7–4 overall in a match that was tightly contested throughout. Amherst took the doubles point on the back of two wins and carried real momentum into singles, but MIT’s depth singles ultimately proved the difference as the Engineers edged out the Mammoths in the final match to finish.
