Lutes Fall to Panthers in Final Non-Conference Contests
ORANGE, Calif. — The Pacific Lutheran University baseball team showed offensive flashes Saturday but dropped both games of a non-conference doubleheader to Chapman University, falling 4-3 in Game 1 and 14-6 in Game 2. Pacific Lutheran drops to 9-16 overall and 7-8 in Northwest Conference play. PLU totaled 20 hits on the day, including 13 in game two, highlighted by multi-hit performances from several Lutes.
