Lowthers hits walk-off home run to help U of R Softball defeat CMS
REDLANDS, Calif. – Natalie Lowthers hit a walk-off three-run home run in the bottom of the seventh inning to help the University of Redlands softball team (27-4, 12-1) defeat Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS), 6-3, in game one Friday afternoon. The Athenas plated the first run of the game in the second before Maya Holshoe tied the game on a single to right that scored Jenay Scott in the bottom half of the inning.
