Leathernecks Fall in Series Starter at Lindenwood
MACOMB, Ill.- Western Illinois dropped a 2-5 game to Lindenwood after one bad inning made the difference. The game was scoreless through four, but Lindenwood broke it open with four runs in the fifth and added another in the sixth to go up 5-0. WIU didn't answer until the seventh, when Cordell Coburn hit a two-run home run to get them on the board, but that was all they could manage.
