Larkins Records In Cowboy Discus Throw At McMurry
ABILENE, Texas 鈥� Hardin-Simmons’ men’s and women’s outdoor track and field teams ran at McMurry University on Friday and Saturday in Abilene at the 2026 War Hawk Classic with a record in the discus throw. Jahymeer Larkins set the record for Cowboy outdoor team in the discus at McMurry, placing fourth. He threw the discus for a mark of 172-10 ft., eclipsing the previous record of 168-4 ft. from Dustin Baker in 2015.
