OSHKOSH, Wis. – Jiaryatou Cisse ( Jr.-Harrison, Mich. ) debuted with the best time of the season in the women's 100 meters to provide one of the highlights for the Lakeland University men's and women's outdoor track & field teams at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Titan Invitational Saturday.
