Iona WLAX Drops Final Road Game To Siena, 13-6
LOUDONVILLE, NY 鈥� The Iona University women’s lacrosse team fell to 3-12 overall following a 13-6 defeat to Siena on April 11 at Hickey Field. Despite a strong and competitive start, a decisive fourth-quarter surge by the Saints proved too much for the Gaels to overcome. Iona struck first just three minutes into the contest, as Abby Axe found the back of the net off an assist from Kacie Scarduzio.
