Grinnell men cruise past the competition at own Dick Young Classic
Results GRINNELL, Iowa – Grinnell College’s men’s track and field team made the most of the home track Saturday, easily taking the team title at the Dick Young Classic. Competing on a chilly and cloudy day at the Darren Young Track and Field Complex, the Pioneers tallied 201 points to easily beat runner-up Monmouth’s score of 132. Grinnell won six events on the day, including two titles from Jake Bell ’27 in the discus and javelin with throws of 45.18 meters and 45.35, respectively.
