Greyhounds Finish Third in Messiah Invitational
GRANTHAM, Pa. — The Moravian University women’s outdoor track & field team finished third of 25 teams at the Messiah University Invitational Saturday with the squad winning two events and recording five All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference qualifying marks. Moravian Event Winners Sophomore Emma Shafnisky won the 100-meter hurdles with a school record and AARTFC qualifying time of 14.67 seconds in the finals after running 15.00 seconds in the preliminaries Shafnisky was also part of the Greyhounds winning 4×100-meter relay team with senior Shai Knight, sophomore Kennedy Simons and freshman Morgan Tandy in an AARTFC qualifying time of 49.46…
