Normal, Ill. – The UW-Whitewater women’s golf team opened play in the Kathy Niepagen Spring Fling hosted by Illinois Wesleyan University Saturday. The Warhawks top squad is eleventh on the team leaderboard after the first 18. A second UWW squad holds 16th in the 21-team field after day one. Abbie Reiser (Washington, Ill./Washington Community) is the top Warhawk on the individual leaderboard with a 76 to share 13th.
